ABNH is now part of JDSU. With its acquisition, JDSU can now delivers a market leading portfolio of integrated overt and covert security solutions for authentication and brand protection.

We have three openings for product line managers, based either at Robbinsville, New Jersey or from your home location:

    • holographic products for pharmaceuticals
    • holograms for transaction cards
    • brand licencing

POSITION DETAILS

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to create market strategy and develop competitive positioning for new product introductions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with clear ability to represent the business unit to the outside market. A recognized player in the industry. 
- Strong knowledge of product security technologies and markets. Minimum of 10 years direct applicable experience. 
- Broad perspective on the business. Good cross functional and matrix management skills.
Ideal candidate has been involved in a number of activities involved in bringing new products to market and working closely with customers.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Results – finance
- Develop market forecasts that can be used by the finance group to develop near term AOP -and long term strategic financial for the transaction card business.
- Responsible for monitoring financial metrics in assigned business area.

Results – sales
- Develop business plans to achieve significant growth of JDSU’s Authentication Solutions business.
- Work closely with sales force and distributors to support the product sales cycle.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with customer and industry experts to identify technology trends and future product requirements.
- Provide clear and accurate forecasting of customer demand.

Results – marketing
- Develop strong business plans for each assigned product lines to achieve a #1 or #2 position in the markets served.
- Identify opportunities to expand into new market applications.
- Work closely with R&D and manufacturing to ensure new products are successfully launched.
- Represent JDSU at industry forums as a respected spokesperson for the company, products and technology.

Results – marketing communications
- Develop appropriate sales and marketing literature supporting JDSU value proposition including sell sheets, brochures, advertisements, white papers and sales presentations.
- Support JDSU sales presence at tradeshows and industry events.

Required experience/education/attributes:
- A technical degree is a plus; however, good market development resume is essential.
- Lead the development of market strategy and product line deployment, drive execution and achievement of stretch goals.
- Educate the executive team on the markets and opportunities.
- Viewed as a market visionary in the product security market.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix management organization, lead by influence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, highly organized and effective

Travel Required – 26-50%
